What is a Certificate of Analysis and where can I find it?
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is a document from an independent laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and composition of a compound. At Honest Peptide Labs, every product has its CoA published directly on the product page — no need to request it separately.
Do your products contain any fillers, additives, or proprietary blends?

How Products Are Sold & Reconstitution
How are your peptides sold?
All peptides are sold in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, sealed in sterile vials. They are supplied strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption.
What does lyophilized mean?
Lyophilized means the compound has been freeze-dried to remove moisture, extending its shelf life and preserving stability during shipping and storage. Before use in a research setting, the powder must be reconstituted with an appropriate solvent.
Do I need to reconstitute my peptides before use?
Yes. All products arrive as lyophilized powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to use in a research setting. Detailed reconstitution instructions are included with every order. If you have questions about the process, our team is available to assist.
What do I need to reconstitute my peptides?
You will need bacteriostatic water, a sterile syringe, and an alcohol swab. We recommend following standard laboratory reconstitution protocols. Step-by-step guidance is included with your order.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use within the recommended timeframe included with your product.

How fast do you ship?
All orders placed before our daily cutoff ship same day from our US-based warehouse. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packed discreetly in secure, temperature-appropriate packaging to ensure product integrity during transit. Each order includes a packing slip and reconstitution instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. All orders are shipped with full tracking from our warehouse to your door.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly — no hassle.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours and we will investigate and replace your order at no additional cost. We stand behind every shipment.
