Honest Peptide Labs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including if we reasonably believe a purchase is not for legitimate research purposes.

Product Information & Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, purity data, and certificates of analysis, Honest Peptide Labs does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are accurate, complete, or error-free.

All product specifications, including purity percentages and batch information, are provided based on independent third-party laboratory testing conducted at the time of testing. Results may vary between batches. Always refer to the Certificate of Analysis specific to your order for accurate batch information.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Honest Peptide Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or inaccurate account information.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
• We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Honest Peptide Labs ships within the United States only. We aim to process and ship all orders same day when placed before our daily cutoff time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Honest Peptide Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Honest Peptide Labs is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
• If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and, at our discretion, replace the order or issue a refund.
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve accordingly.
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Honest Peptide Labs does not warrant that its products will produce any particular result in your research, or that they are suitable for any specific research application. You assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of any product for your intended research purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honest Peptide Labs, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or misuse of any product purchased from Honest Peptide Labs.
• Any human consumption or non-research use of our products in violation of these Terms.
• Any personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from use of our products.
• Any regulatory action, legal proceeding, or fine arising from your purchase or use of our products.
• Any inaccuracy in product information, descriptions, or certificates of analysis.

In no event shall Honest Peptide Labs’ total liability to you for all claims arising from your purchase exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honest Peptide Labs and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase of products from Honest Peptide Labs shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
